TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your use of my website, including any purchases that you make, indicates that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

All material on this website is owned or used under license by Tamsin Arts. You may not copy or reproduce any material that appears on this website unless I have given you written permission to do so.
3. Representations of artwork
The photographs of artwork on this website are as accurate as I can make them but there are always limits to how well a real-life work of art can be reproduced. Please read the section on returns and refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.
4. Packing and postage costs
A fee for packing and postage within the United Kingdom is included in the price shown on the website.
An additional fee will be charged for shipping internationally. Please email me at oneatatime@tamsinarts.co.uk if you would like to ship internationally and I will confirm the final price including international shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying any import taxes or duties that apply in your home country.
5. Payments
All payments made through this website use a secure payment gateway.
6. Delivery.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
These timings are approximate as delays at the courier are beyond my control. Please be sure to allow plenty of time if you are purchasing an item for a special occasion.
7. Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and need to arrange a return, please email me at oneatatime@tamsinarts.co.uk. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the item has been delivered. Once I have received the item back, you will get a full refund of the price you paid within 14 days.
If you are returning the item, please reuse the packaging that it came in so that it arrives back in good condition for resale.
8. Damaged items
If the item you have purchased arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible after the delivery at onetatime@tamsinarts.co.uk. It would be helpful if you could include a photo of the damage when you email me. Please keep the item and all the packaging until we have agreed what will happen next.
9. Looking after your artwork
I hope you will love your artwork for many years to come. To protect the colours and finish, it should be placed away from direct sunlight and away from areas where there is a risk of dampness. A light, dry dusting is all it should ever need.
10. Rights to artwork
Please bear in mind that you are buying an original artwork. All copyright associated with the artwork that I create remains with me even after the painting or official prints are sold. This means that you cannot copy or reproduce my artwork for any purpose unless I have given you written permission to do so.
11. Privacy notice
Any and all personal information provided by you will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling our contract for you to buy my artwork. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties when it is necessary for managing your purchase and for fulfilling my legal obligations as a business owner. I will keep the relevant personal information associated with our contract only for as long as I am required by law to do so.
